I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my company, our product and our proud tradition. We produce the famous "Modjeska" originally named, "Caramel Biscuit", a rich confection my Great Grandfather began producing in 1889. The "Modjeska" is a homemade creamy marshmallow center hand dipped into a rich and creamy homemade caramel. We still make the Modjeskas the old fashioned way and use only the best ingredients.
